A newly updated list of harmonized standards for the Low Voltage Directive
Most manufacturers use a route with harmonized standards to declare conformity to the Low Voltage Directive. Since standards are changing, manufacturers need to continuously monitor publications of applicable standards and effective dates. Effective dates are published in OJEU. European Commission also publishes a “Summary list of titles and references of harmonized standards” that can be found on the home page of LVD.
The latest list of harmonized standards under LVD was updated on 10 March 2022, with the following important mandatory dates for electronic products.
