Organizations pursuing management system certification share a common goal: to move forward. Motivations vary—some seek to attract new customers, others aim to streamline operations, and many are focused on growth and development. Regardless of the reason, the benefits of certification are numerous. It marks the beginning of a new journey, one where the organization holds the ‘scissors and canvas,’ fully in control of its destiny.

Management systems provide a solid foundation, guiding us through the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle, yet the ultimate outcomes depend on our efforts. Throughout this lecture, we will explore the insights gained on this journey, examine the differences among organizations, and discuss our vision for the future.
