Meeting of Business Partners in Belgrade

In December, we organized a meeting of business partners with our clients in Belgrade.

The event focused on maintaining excellent business relations, exchanging experiences, and discussing plans for our future cooperation. This year, the theme of our discussions was the importance of continuity for the future, both in personal and business development.

The attendees were welcomed in the name of SIQ Ljubljana and SIQ Belgrade by Mr. Zoran Vuković, managing director of SIQ Belgrade.

Last year, SIQ Belgrade celebrated its first 10 years of existence, while this year SIQ Ljubljana, celebrated its 60 years, as we overviewed its dynamic development in recent years, during which SIQ has become a leading body for testing, calibration, and certification in the region. The main competitive advantages include knowledge, experience, international recognition and credibility, flexibility, comprehensive solutions, constant new services, and continuous adaptation to the international market.

The contribution of SIQ Belgrade to the development of the SIQ Group includes forming a team of highly educated people, equipping the laboratory for EMC testing, electrical safety, and machinery, constantly expanding the scope of accreditation with new testing methods, establishing the Management system assessment area, and creating a railway focused department. As we emphasized, SIQ Belgrade was appointed as a conformity assessment body according to the national railway technical regulations (DeBo) by decision of the Ministry of construction, transport, and infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia in September 2024.

The program continued with our esteemed guests: writer Bojan Ljubenović and Dr. Andrej Josifovski, an architect and street artist.

Their presentations were original, and above all, charming and educational, receiving repeated rounds of applause from the audience, surprising even the guest speakers themselves.

The cultural and entertainment program was enriched by the excellent performance of theater and film actor Nebojša Milovanović, with his cabaret show titled Stand-Up with Nebojša Milovanović.

Our colleague from SIQ Belgrade, Sanja Marin, was an outstanding moderator who guided us through the entire event with special charm, maintaining a dynamic atmosphere.

The meeting continued with informal networking with current and potential partners.
