CMC Meeting Organized by SIQ Takes Place in Ljubljana, 26-27 June

The Certification Management Committee (CMC) meeting is being held in Ljubljana on 26-27 June. The honour of organizing this event has this year been entrusted to SIQ. The CMC oversees the operations of the IECEE, the IEC System for Conformity Assessment Schemes for Electrotechnical Equipment and Components. This international certification system, based on IEC International Standards, has been in operation since 1985 and brings together 93 certification bodies from 54 countries.

SIQ has been a full member since 1993 and in 2022, SIQ distinguished itself by ranking among the top 20 certification bodies worldwide in terms of the annual number of CB certificates issued.
