SIQ prepares for standard expansion in MEAS category

SIQ is proud to announce its readiness to expand its scope of standards within the CB scheme by the year-end. This initiative will integrate IEC 61010-031 and IEC 61010-2-011 standards into our already extensive CB scope, bolstering SIQ’s capacity to meet the diverse needs of our partners.

IEC 61010-031 focuses on the safety of laboratory equipment, specifically addressing hand-held and hand-manipulated probe assemblies for electrical test and measurement. On the other hand, IEC 61010-2-011 outlines requirements for refrigerating laboratory equipment. This expansion will deepen SIQ’s expertise in these crucial areas.

Comprehensive personnel training has been an integral part of preparing for this expansion. SIQ acknowledges the significance of well-qualified experts and has invested in knowledge and skill development in anticipation of these standards.
