Testing Portable Transmitters on Car Components

SIQ Ljubljana has a longstanding history of excellence in various EMC testing areas. As a result, our accreditation scope for EMC is extensive, encompassing standards for a wide range of products for industrial, household, medical, railway, information technology, and laboratory use. Notably, we specialize in EMC standards for car component testing, including ISO 11452-9 (Component test methods for electrical disturbances from narrowband radiated electromagnetic energy ‒ Portable transmitters). This standard specifies various specialized antennas for use during testing within a frequency range of up to 6 GHz.

We are pleased to announce that our EMC laboratory is fully prepared to conduct tests according to the latest 2021 edition of ISO 11452-9, which introduces additional requirements related to test equipment.
