Confirmation of Conformity

SIQ d.o.o. Belgrade, by the decision of the competent ministry, became a Designated Body for issuing the Confirmation of Conformity according to:

• Rulebook on electromagnetic compatibility, (“Official Gazette RS”, No. 25/2016) and
• Rulebook on the electrical equipment intended for use within certain voltage limits, (“Official Gazette RS”, No. 25/2016),

Issuing of the Confirmation of Conformity

For the issuing of Confirmation of Conformity next documents must be submitted:

• written statement which declares that the same request hasn`t been sent to another Notified body
  (Statement form)
• filled-in and sealed application form
  (TN 4009 EN English version).
• Declaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer or its representative according to the valid EMC directive (2014/30 EU), LVD directive (2014/35/EU). Declaration must contain all the directives and harmonized standards related to the product.
• EMC, LVD test report or the appropriate foreign EMC, LVD document of conformity issued by an accredited body from the European Union, or the appropriate foreign EMC, LVD document of conformity issued by an accredited body which is a member of the CB scheme.

If the product are not already tested, according to EMC, LVD directives, SIQ d.o.o. Belgrade can perform the necessary testing according to required harmonized standards, for products that are under its accreditation scope. For the testing purposes, samples have to be provided.
